I like to think that Soul develops a habit of kissing Kid on the cheek like
He just kind of does it every now and then and very time he pumps himself up to really kiss Kid but he never does
And every single time Kid thinks its going to happen and every time he's like WHY WONT YOU KISS ME
And the whole thing is stupidly awkward because obviously they both wanna but they're super hesitant and stupid about it
